QAISER HARTA SDN BHD was established on 31 May 2012. We are a registered practicing firm with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers – VE (1) 0271.

QAISER HARTA SDN BHD was established with a clear objective of providing highest level of real estate services to best suit client’s need. Our clients include individual, small medium private corporations, financial institutions, public listed companies and government departments.

We are operated by registered valuers Sr Syamzul Bahari bin Saupi (Land Acquisition Valuer and High Court Assessor for Acquisition), Sr Tn. Hj. Zulkefeli bin Abd Rahman (former Director of JPPH and High Court Assessor), and Sr Nik Luqman bin Md Nordin (Infrastructure, Plant & Machinery Valuer).

We managed to engage prominent Property Consultants, Sr Dr. Anuar Bin Alias and Sr Hj. Mohd Khair bin Hj. Anuar who have worked and advised the firm involvement in the property industry.
